Ford Physical Therapy, providing relief for patients with pain, injuries, headaches, and TMJ dysfunction in Tupelo and Northeast Mississippi opened February 1, 2018, under the ownership of Aaron Ford, Doctor of Physical Therapy. They recently moved to their new location in March 2021.
We are dedicated to effective, hands-on, one-on-one patient care augmented with prescribed exercises between visits. We recognize that your time is valuable and pain impacts your quality of life, so our approach to care is specifically designed to give you relief and recovery with notably faster results and fewer visits needed.
By seeing the same physical therapist each time without technicians or aides, we are aware of all the subtle changes in your condition and can respond quickly and effectively to ensure your physical therapy is customized to each phase of your recovery.
We are also distinguished by our straightforward approach. After a thorough evaluation during your first visit, we will tell you honestly if we believe physical therapy will help you. If we do not believe we can make a difference for you, we will advise you to return to your doctor.
Our physical therapy clinic is located at 3418 West Main Street, Suite B, Tupelo, MS, we are open Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. or after hours by appointment. Our pelvic floor specialty clinic is located at 1320 East Main Street, Tupelo, MS, we are open Monday to Thursday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. or after hours by appointment.
We offer manual therapy, prescribed exercises, dry needling, post-operative rehabilitation, therapy for sports injuries and workplace injuries.
Dr. Ford and staff have a distinguished reputation for the effectiveness of his treatment for pain-related diagnoses quickly and effectively.

Aaron Ford
PT, DPT, clinic owner
Aaron Ford, Doctor of Physical Therapy, brings extensive training and varied experience to his clinic, Ford Physical Therapy, established in 2018 in Tupelo, MS.
A native of Booneville, Mississippi, Ford attended Northeast Community College and then went on to Mississippi State University to receive his Bachelor in Clinical Exercise Physiology. He then achieved his Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Mississippi Medical Center in 2010.
He is also a Certified Mulligan Practitioner, a mobilization with movement approach to manual therapy designed to assist patient’s movement with the application of pain-free hands on techniques.
Additionally he is a certified practitioner of Integrative Dry Needling, a highly effective physical therapy treatment for a multitude of musculoskeletal and neuromuscular conditions.
He is also completing his certification training for the McKenzie Method for Back Pain and Neck Pain designed to help patients reduce pain quickly and return to normal daily activities. It minimizes the risk of recurring pain and minimizes the number of visits need to the physical therapist.
Ford says he went into physical therapy because he was always interested in how the body moves and works and he wanted to help people enjoy active living. He grew up playing sports himself and was a student athletic trainer at Mississippi State and helped athletes involved in football, men’s tennis and softball.
He still stays active by competing in triathlons (swimming, biking and running) and serves as a race director of the Tupelo Sprint Triathlon.
He accumulated experience in his field in hospital settings and private clinics before taking over a satellite clinic in Tupelo. He now operates his own clinic there, Ford Physical Therapy.
When he is not working, he enjoys spending time with his wife and three children, going to church, competing in triathlons and playing the guitar and piano.

Devan Richardson
Staff Physical Therapist
Devan grew up in Nettleton, MS and graduated from Nettleton High School in 2010. From there, he went to Mississippi College and graduated with a degree in Biology-Medical Sciences.
He worked at HealthWorks in Tupelo for a couple years before attending physical therapy school at the University of Mississippi Medical Center, graduating in 2019. He began working at North MS Medical Center and transitioned to full-time work at Ford PT in 2020.

Raychal Roberts

Raychal graduated from Mississippi State University in 2014 and the University of Mississippi Medical Center in 2017. She has worked with pediatrics, in outpatient orthopedics and is now specializing in pelvic floor therapy. Raychal began her pelvic floor training through the Herman and Wallace institute in 2022.
In addition to these skills, Raychal is a certified dry needling provider. She is trained in taping techniques and Graston instrument assisted manual therapy. She has been trained in McKenzie and blood flow restriction.
Raychal is very passionate about education and empowering people in the community to know about pelvic floor services to improve quality of life. Raychal treats digestive and urinary dysfunctions as well as pelvic pain and postpartum patients. Raychal treats patients of the male and female population.

Haley Gaines

Haley, originally from Hickory Flat, is a proud alumna of Myrtle Attendance Center. She furthered her education at NEMCC and Blue Mountain Christian University, eventually earning her PT degree from William Carey University in 2022. Haley’s passions include reading, traveling, playing golf, dancing, and spending quality time with her loved ones. She has earned special certifications in Herman & Wallace Levels 1 & 2A, as well as IAMT Pelvic Health Level 1.
Her heart belongs to Jacob and their two adorable children, Roxy and Romie. Together, they call Tupelo home and are active members of The Orchard community.

He began his college journey at Millsaps before earning his degree in Clinical Exercise Physiology from Mississippi State University. Cade continued his education at the University of Mississippi Medical Center, where he completed his PT degree in 2019.
In his free time, Cade enjoys hunting, fishing, and playing baseball and football. He has also received special training in dry needling. Cade is the son of Steve and Cheryl Cork and currently resides in Tupelo. A fun fact about Cade is that he has a golden retriever named Rowdy, who keeps life lively and full of surprises.

Annaliese loves shopping and cherishes spending quality time with her family and friends. As the youngest of three siblings and the daughter of Pam and John Lettieri, she takes pride in being a super cool aunt to three energetic boys and two sweet girls.
